Please do not enter the indoor area with wet legs/clothes as the floors are
very slippery. Guests are requested to dry themselves after using the rest room
Hazardous goods and/or materials, which are considered illegal by the Indian
government, are prohibited inside the property. The guests shall be solely liable
and responsible to the management on holding such materials
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects,
poisons, drugs, animals and pungent foods are strictly prohibited on the villa
premises
Photographs and videos taken inside the property for commercial and public
purpose are illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution
The guest must conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause
any nuisance or annoyance within the property. The management has the right to
request any guest to vacate the property in such circumstances
The beach closer to the villa is slightly deep. Guests are requested to
be careful while entering the beach. Please do not enter the beach after sunset
Villa owner is not responsible for any untoward happenings or incidents causing
any kind of injuries to the guests during their stay
